🔄 Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns of any food items once they have been prepared or delivered. However, we are committed to resolving any issues promptly.
💵 Refunds and Replacements
You may be eligible for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:
- The order was incorrect, missing items, or significantly different from what was ordered.
- The food was delivered damaged or spoiled.
- You contacted us within 24 hours of receiving your order to report the issue.

We may request:
- A photo of the order (if applicable)
- Your order confirmation or receipt
- A brief description of the issue
All approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 3–5 business days. Replacements can be picked up or redelivered based on availability.
⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot issue refunds or replacements for:
- Dissatisfaction based on personal taste preferences
- Late pickup or delivery due to incorrect customer information
- Issues not reported within 24 hours
📦 Delivery & Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled up to 15 minutes after being placed, provided preparation has not yet begun. After this time, cancellations and refunds may not be guaranteed.
